Fundraiser welcomes men

For the first time men and family members will be accepted with start hands at Tauranga's yearly "pink walk".
Celebrating its Eleventh season the typically women-only stroll has always drawn a few pink-clad men in tutus and Lace Wigs but more lately the associates and kids of females who have passed away from breasts cancers have also decided to come along.
Organiser Allison Stewart said the stroll, which increases money for Tauranga Breast Melanoma Assistance Support, was a party of lifestyle and a chance for everyone, such as men and kids, to remember those that had gone.

Meanwhile, Home of Journey Tauranga will also substitute ASB Bank as the primary attract of the leading fundraising event.
